LeadBadger
A Digitize-owned lead operations product connecting capture, verification, routing, response accountability, and follow-up.
← Back to selected workThe brief
What the project needed
Website inquiries often disappear between the form submit and the first useful human response. LeadBadger was built to make that handoff visible, owned, measurable, and recoverable.
Build notes
From submission to accountable ownership
LeadBadger captures inbound lead context, verifies contact information, assigns an owner, and tracks the response window. Routing and ownership are explicit so the team can see who is responsible for the next action.
When the response window is missed, escalation and manager-rescue controls create a recovery path instead of leaving the lead in a shared inbox.
Build notes
Follow-up that respects the conversation
Reply-aware automation can continue structured follow-up when a lead has not responded and stop when a real reply arrives. CRM integration and client dashboards keep status and handoffs visible across the workflow.
Lead Reactivation applies the same operational discipline to older CRM records. Scout extends the system to after-hours website capture and qualification.
Build notes
A production SaaS foundation
The application includes tenant isolation, controlled workflow settings, safe demo workspaces, dashboards, email and SMS integrations, and production deployment safeguards.
LeadBadger is an owned product and an active operating system. This profile explains verified capabilities rather than presenting an unverified customer case study.
